SMASH#9 Morning Training
your morning path
Barbara Berti
The class starts with a warm up based on somatic works, shaking, practices of breathing through kundalini yoga and endurance exercises to wake up the physical and mental body. It follows with a mix of improvisation and small sequences which we will learn to energize the body on different levels. A small meditation into movement is integrated in the last part of the class in order to re-centre ourselves into our own rhythm and be ready to embrace the rest of the day!
