This morning-class wants to explore how we can detect existing choreographic pattern in our practice, by focusing on the way we use our senses and perception.
I will propose different ways of training our perception and awareness in order to create our own compositional strategies. Task-based movement will offer us a ground to learn how to strengthen different performing skills while working on our presence for the ongoing situation.
How to tune our sensations and thoughts? How our body reflects our thoughts, and how the thinking becomes concrete?
