What do you need to feel free to move?
In this class we breathe...release...relate.
We let go concepts of body and mind, and of how you may work or function.
Your self is different everyday, every minute, every second. Observing yourself without judging is the central method established and used in the course. Through this, alternative ways of movement can appear and at the same time be integrated in a forceless manner. Trusting the tide and always cooperating with surroundings and our heart, our thoughts, sentences, pictures, ideals, ideas...
We dive...until it gets deep and still...and easy to move.

Daniela Lehmann studied philosophy and sociology before she started her dance education at the bewegungs-art school in Freiburg/Germany focusing on improvisation and instant composition.
Based in Berlin she went on to perform in many countries across europe and to win critical acclaim, particularly for the award winning solo "Mina".
For the last six years she has co-organised the Berlin edition of the event CUE.
Her approach to dance is also influenced by Feldenkrais Method, BMC and Craniosacral Balancing.
In her work, each choreography is seen as a process, open to dynamic changes of aesthetics and to the perceptions of body, sound and space.
Both as a movement artist and as an apnea diver Daniela loves to go deep and to dive free.
